had my check up - arm is out of the bandages and splint. starting some exercises to increase my reach. i can wash my arm finally! HALLELUJAH! :) the tape on the top of my scar will fall off on its own, and the stitches are on the inside and will be absorbed.
obama should take note of this - the doctor asked if i was paying cash and had insurance, and when i said no, he said he wouldn't be referring me to the physical therapist because it's expensive, and just gave me exercises on his own.
yeah, those evil doctors are really out to get us by referring us to OTHER doctors that have nothing to do with them, just so they can make more money. yeah, that really makes sense.
did anyone catch that letter obama talked about? the woman who had breast cancer, and no insurance, so she didn't get the tests she needed done? anyone remember that the government said we don't NEED to have breast exams or do exams at home even? has the world gone NUTS?

Yeah! Nothing worse than not being able to wash, or scratch or whatever. Will make taking a shower much easier.
Do your exercises! You want to have all your motion back!
